Our Story
Started with one ball of yarn.
Calviro Studio began at a kitchen table with a single skein of wool and a winter that wouldn't quit. I'd been knitting since I was twelve — my grandmother taught me on long winter afternoons — but it wasn't until friends kept asking "can you make me one?" that I realized it could be more than a hobby.
What started as scarves for friends grew — slowly, stitch by stitch — into a full studio of handmade textile goods. Today I make scarves, beanies, mittens, sewn bags, woven runners, and throws. Still by hand. Still in tiny batches. Still from my home studio.
I choose natural, durable fibers — wool, cotton, linen — from suppliers I know and trust. I take my time. I'd rather make one thing well than a hundred things fast. That's the whole philosophy.
What We Stand For
Three things that matter
Natural Materials
We use wool, cotton, linen, and other natural fibers. No synthetics pretending to be something they're not. Better for you, better for the planet.
Handmade, Always
No factories. No mass production. Every piece is knit, sewn, or woven by hand in our studio. That means every stitch has intention behind it.
Made to Last
We believe in slow fashion. Our pieces are made to be worn, used, and loved for years — not tossed after one season. We stand behind every piece we make.
How It's Made
